I contracted Andrew at JP Royale to gut our investment property in Kitchener. He was professional, the team arrived on time, finished, cleaned up and was gone by the end of the day. No issues at all, surprised they got it all done in just the one day with 6 guys.
I decided to build a 3rd storey addition to my semi-detached house. I have contacted a few demolition companies to provide me with a quotation to complete the demolition/tear-down part of the project. The scope of work involved the removal of an existing double-sloped roof, exterior walls, some interior framing on the third storey, as well as removal of a flat roof on the first storey section. timing was everything on this project, since my next trades were scheduled to start working immediately following the completion of the demolition.
